Combine Phase A1 using a dispersing blade and mix until homogenous. Sprinkle in Phase A2 and mix well until smooth and uniform. In a side vessel, combine Phase B with simple stirring. Emulsify by adding phase B to phase A under low shear ~400-900 rpm. Then, increase speed to 1600 rpm for 3 minutes. Premix phase C using a three-roller mill. Add phase C to phase AB around 1000 rpm and mix 1-2 minutes until smooth and uniform.
Appearance: Medium beige cream. Viscosity: Brookfield RV5, Speed 6, 1 min @ 25°C-30, 530 cp. Stability: F/T 3 Cycles (-20°C/RT): Passed. 4°C, 25°C, 40°C, 50°C. 3 Months: Passed.
